Are you 65 or older? Do you have someone living in your home that is a senior family member? You could be eligible for the Healthy Homes Renovation Tax Credit!

You can claim up to $10,000 towards renovations to improve the safety and accessibility of your home and receive up to a 15% return. That’s a potential $1,500 that you could get back.

You can receive the credit by completing certain improvements to your home. Some examples of such renovations include;

  • Non-slip flooring
  • Hand-held showers
  • Easy to use door locks,
  • Etc.
